1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company or firm name, website address, business details, design preferences, messages, feedback, uploaded files, and project instructions.
If you submit information through a lead form on LinkedIn or another advertising platform, we receive the information included in that form along with basic campaign-source information.
Our website and hosting providers may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, timestamps, error logs, and activity needed to keep the service secure and functional. If you allow analytics, LinkedIn's Insight Tag may also receive browser identifiers, cookie identifiers, page visits, referring information, and successful Launchstead contact or creative-brief submission events.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; assess project fit; prepare website concepts; design, build, host, maintain, and support websites; provide project dashboards and notifications; process approvals and payments; prevent fraud or misuse; improve our services; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We may contact you about the request or project you submitted and about closely related Launchstead services. You may ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.
3. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and advertising
When you submit a Launchstead Lead Gen Form on LinkedIn, LinkedIn provides us with the fields you chose to submit, which may include your first and last name, email address, company or firm name, and campaign-source information.
We use that information to respond to your request, contact you about Launchstead website services, help you complete a creative brief, and prepare or deliver the website direction you requested. We do not sell information submitted through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
LinkedIn processes form information under its own terms and privacy policy. You may decline to submit a form, ask us to stop contacting you, or request deletion of the information we received by emailing us at the address below.
If you choose “Allow analytics” on getlaunchstead.com, we use LinkedIn's Insight Tag to measure whether advertising resulted in a website visit, contact inquiry, or creative brief. The tag may use cookies and browser identifiers and may allow LinkedIn to provide aggregated campaign reporting or build advertising audiences under LinkedIn's own privacy terms. We do not send the text of your message, creative brief answers, uploaded files, or payment information to LinkedIn through these events.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Launchstead does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
5. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers and professional advisers that help us operate, communicate, host files, process payments, secure systems, and deliver client work. They may use the information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or our services, in connection with a business transaction, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and project records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive personal information that we have not requested.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to stop promotional communications. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or recordkeeping purposes.

9. Children
Launchstead is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
